Terms of Service

1. Premamble

   1. This page is intended to describe the terms and conditions for usage of The Platform.
   2. The headers and section markings herein are only for human-readability.
   3. Any User or Creator of The Platform are subject to the following terms and conditions by using The Platform.
   4. By using The Platform, you understand that all scenarios presented are fictitious and are not accurate depictions of real life.

2. Definitions

   1. "AudioRP" is herein short for MadCreativity Entertainment ApS, CVR: 44986809.
   2. "The Platform" is short for the platform "audio-rp.com".
   3. "User" defines any user of the site, signed in or not.
   4. "Creator" defines any User who uploads audio content to the site.

3. Permitted Content

   1. The following is a list of content that is explicitly allowed on The Platform.
   2. Fictional audios featuring sexual content.
   3. Fictional or non-fictional audios not featuring sexual content.
   4. Audios of real life sexual acts, ramblings, etc. as long as they are consensual and legal both within the country of recording and Denmark.
   5. Shorter audio previews with a full-length audio purchasable off-site. Such audios MUST use The Platform's preview system, so users have the option to hide them.

4. Disallowed Content

   1. The following is a list of content that is explicitly disallowed on The Platform. Uploading such content may result in audio removal or, in the worst case, account suspension. AudioRP will always make an attempt to reach out to notify the audio's Creator in such a case.
   2. Audios of illegal acts being committed in real life.
   3. Audios featuring real life minors (under 18). Exceptions may be made for coincidental background noise, for example coming in through a window.
   4. Audios not made by you and which you don't have permission from its author to post.
   5. Audios or other content which infringes on copyright are also disallowed and may result in immediate removal, usually on request of the copyright holder.
   6. Extremist content such as anti-vaccine conspiracies, encouragement of terrorism, etc. Extremist political and religious content is also disallowed.
   7. Podcasts are not permitted.
   8. Audios which are purely music are not permitted. Music may be used in audios, as long as it is not the focus and only takes up a smaller part of the audio.
   9. Softer singing for the purpose of relaxation is permitted, though music should either not be involved or should be extremely minimal, serving only as an ambient backdrop to the voice.
   10. While long-form audiobooks are generally disallowed, content such as readings of public-domain books dedicated to relaxation may be permitted. If in doubt, please contact AudioRP support directly.

5. Legalities

   1. The terms and conditions on this page are to be interpreted in accordance with Danish law, as should any conflicts herein.
   2. AudioRP is not responsible for any information made public through The Platform. Additionally, all information provided by Users or Creators is subject to the laws of Denmark, regardless of source country. The information published is the User or Creator's own responsibility.
   3. The Platform is provided as is, and we do not agree to any guarantee or warranty, whether explicit or not.
   4. As a Creator, you agree that you have the legal permission to publish the content you have submitted.
   5. Creators may not intentionally misrepresent the content in their audio.
   6. AudioRP reserves the right to alter or remove any content on the website, with or without reason.
   7. By using The Platform, you agree that you are legally permitted to view sexually explicit content in your country of living.
   8. By using The Platform as a Creator, you agree that you are legally permitted to produce sexually explicit content in your country of living.
   9. The terms and conditions herein may change without notice. Noteable or significant changes may be communicated directly to Users and Creators.
